In 84’ we were in Venice , this ancient marble façade is located on a side street of Piazza San Marco , what I also found so striking was the marble tiled floor mosaics , there are ongoing restorations everywhere in and nearby this Palazzo , this backdrop / painting / size 11’ h x 16’ w is painted with matte acrylics on primed canvas , rolled on a tube .
